1. No Refund Policy

All products sold on FederalHistoryRecords.com are digital, custom-generated vehicle history reports. Once a report is generated, delivered, or accessed, the transaction is deemed fully completed.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase • Dissatisfaction with report content • Missing, partial, or unavailable data • Errors or omissions caused by third-party data sources • Accidental or duplicate purchases • Incorrect details provided by the customer

This policy applies regardless of payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe, or any other gateway).

2. Data Sources & Report Accuracy

Inspection Dependency & Verification

Our reports are specification and inspection-based vehicle history reports generated using your VIN and supported by government-approved sources and the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS).

Inspection Verification Notice:

  • When was the inspection conducted?

  • Do you have a valid receipt indicating where the vehicle inspection took place?

The data contained in your report directly pertains to the inspection. If you have not inspected your vehicle, or if inspection details and proof are not provided, the report will be generated solely from available database records.

By purchasing a report without completing or providing inspection details, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

  • The report may contain limited, partial, or unavailable data

  • Any data gaps caused by the absence of an inspection are not the responsibility of FederalHistoryRecords.com

  • Such limitations do not qualify for a refund

Our reports rely on data obtained from government-approved sources and the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS). While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we do not guarantee that every report will contain all possible vehicle records.
Data availability may be limited, delayed, incomplete, or outdated due to reporting restrictions or delays from third-party providers. Such limitations do not qualify for a refund.

3. Report Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your report due to technical issues (including email delivery failure, spam filtering, or incorrect email address):

• You must contact us via Live Chat on our website or by email at support@federalhistoryrecords.com • You must provide your order number and a valid alternate email address • Our team will resend the report promptly

Re-delivery or re-sending of a report does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

4. Duplicate Charges

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submitting payment. Duplicate or multiple purchases are not eligible for refunds.

If you believe a technical issue caused duplicate identical charges, we may review the matter at our sole discretion; however, refunds are not guaranteed and are not automatic.

5. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgement

Before completing payment, customers are clearly presented with this No Refund Policy on the website. By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

Under applicable U.S. and Canadian laws, including the U.S. E-SIGN Act and Canadian Consumer Protection Acts governing digital goods, digitally delivered and accessed custom reports are non-refundable. Filing disputes through misrepresentation may constitute payment fraud.
